Mindfulness ! A session to control your mind

What is mindfulness? Mindfulness means having complete control over your mind. When we talk about mindfulness, we need to know where our mind wanders off and be firm with it to sit still. Generally, our mind flies off like an airplane and we have no idea that it is not sitting with us. For example – you are studying and your mind has flown away to the playground without your knowledge. Mindfulness also means having control over your anger. Anger is a type of emotion. When you are angry, your mind is stressed out. Your mind is ready to blast. The condition of mind is just   jumbled. Emotions, studies, games and everything is just splattered in your mind. When you control your anger, it basically means that you are angry but you do not show it out. Ways to control your anger are- Listening to your favorite song or instrumental music Closing your eyes and keeping your body completely still Taking deep breath.
